The room was well furnished,well maintained and serviced. The lifts were working well and there was not undue waiting for getting the lift. The telephone operator, reception, bellboys and the gatemen were all quite courteous and helpful. The breakfast was really enjoyable.

1. My passport was taken for scanning on 25th November but not returned to me. It slipped my mind and I reached the airport without passport on 28th. I had to rush back to the hotel to get the passport at a cost of AED 90. 2. The thelocal call charge of 7.5 AED and international call charges of 24 AED per minute are on a higher side.
